SōLE *Courtyard*-Suite #5 2 minute walk to beach

This place has potential but needs improvements. Positive: Location Negative: When we arrived, it was supposed to be ready at 4, but the cleaner didn’t get done until 4:30. When we got inside the towels were still in the dryer drying. The shower knob broke while trying to turn the shower off, and when we told the host he wanted us to try and fix it. The AC was set to where it would change back to 74 after a certain time to where we couldn’t keep it where we wanted it.

Fine, no major issues. "Luxury" is over stating it, but certainly above average. Just note you have to hop o Positive: Clean tidy, suitably well equipped. Negative: Need to drop the TV by a couple of feet! yard area to the rear needs arboreal attention and a bit of landscaping now the ground has now settled . Ability to switch off the noisy AC at night. (surefire way to irritate british&euro clientele) Not that the proprietor can remedy the situation, but the building works opposite and the run down house/cars dont give a good first impression (Baltimore-esque). Best book the apartments on the other side of the back yard. add a pool and or add access to the shore front down the lane and they will be on to a winner

Lovely relaxing stay, outstanding beach Positive: Loved this property, had absolutely everything you could need. The rooms were big and very tastefully decorated and the host was super responsive when I messaged. I would highly recommend Negative: It’s a bit of a walk to the main pier but you can get a taxi

Positive: Very spacious. More on the residential end, so it feels as if the beach is all yours!! Tourist side of the beach is just minutes down the street. Nice patio and gym in back.
