Clean, adequate and convenient Positive: Everything was clean. Kitchenware was adequate, but we didn’t cook and eat at the unit. We were nearby what we needed so it was convenient for us. Negative: We didn’t find anything objectionable, but thankful that what looks like a bit of construction across the way was quiet during our stay.

Great place to stay in Cocoa Beach Positive: Spacious and comfortable. Great location within walking distance of the beach.

Très mauvais souvenir! La seule verrue de notre séjour en Floride. Positive: Nous ne pouvons pas donner notre avis puisque nous avons du chercher un autre établissement. Negative: Les gérants ont été plus qu’antipathique! Nous avions demandé de bénéficier du logement à 14 heures et non à 16 heures, afin de profiter de la plage avec les enfants. Pour ce faire nous avions accepté de payer le supplément demandé. ils nous ont fait attendre jusqu’à 16 heures, heure a laquelle une ate de nettoyage est arrivée. Ce qui aurait encore repoussé notre accès au logement. Nous avons tenté de les contacter à l’issue, en vain. Nous avons donc décidé de chercher et trouver un hôtel qui nous a accueilli.

Great experience Positive: Great location, 2 minutes walk from the beach. Costco and groceries store 15 minutes away by car. Guest are very responsive if you need them. The places was great. You can watch the rocket launches from the balcony (Cap Canaveral in 15 minutes away) Negative: Nothing to say, everything was great
