Luxury is Accessible Climate Control with an amazing mattress Positive: Clean, modern. Cute. Spacious. Nice place. Hot shower in main bathroom. Full kitchen. Patio. Water hose is awesome to wash off the sand before going in. Location. Don't drive to the beach. Walk across the street. Have everything from A1A delivered to your doorstep. Our bulldog decided that the coolest place to sleep was the living room. The fridge was spacious. The kitchen was a blessing. Those touristy restaurant prices are insane. Like $26 on average for a single meal. I loved the seafood market. Go there & get fresh fish. Negative: Horrible mattress. You should not sink so deeply & feel springs. We stayed 4 nights in hot summer and went on athletic adventures everyday. High quality sleep is ultra important and we were both achey and hot. Husband and I preferred the couch over that bed. We were given keys instead of a code. I suspect it was to keep us from adjusting the AC. We were fine until evening. We could not get cool/comfortable enough to sleep. Covers were off at night. Even the dog left our bedroom at night. She boycotted that hot box and chose the living room. You also couldn't use the gym or access beach equipment without the code, but we didn't care enough to ask for it. Curtains need to be blackout curtains since they care about A/C usage. You wake up with the sun glaring in main bedroom. Some guests/ caretakers don't understand boundaries 🙄 😒. Like, sit at your own patio. Why are you here drinking coffee at 11pm at night on our temporary patio? Think 🐶 got the message across through the wall. The washing machine did not wash. It stops through the cycle. We didn't attempt to wash anything else. Even still, I'd recommend staying, but I wont be going back to that mattress in 101.

It was a great place to stay and worth the money. Positive: the house was a great value for location. It was clean and with great lighting. The location was close to food and everything we had planned. Negative: The hot water in the second bathroom was only lukewarm

My wife and I have been married for 36 years and discovered many years ago that paying extra for a two bedroom for just the two of us allows us to sleep much better (she claims that my snoring affects her insomnia). To have a large, comfortable common space allows us the flexibility we need. Here are the high points: Spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen. Lots of open space. Comfortable beds. Keurig coffee maker, excellent central air conditioning with ceiling fans in each room, Beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys are included. We love this section of Cocoa Beach's beach, located a very short walk across A1A, for it is away from all of the commercial activity so walking here is as close to private as one gets. Yet just minutes away are all of the food options and activities one could desire. We will certainly book again for our next visit.
