Quiet and just across from beach access Positive: Very quiet and clean. Very close to the lagoon and just across the street from the beach. Traffic was minimal in the area with a 35 mph speed limit. The master bed was the most comfortable we'd had on our long road trip. The sheets and comforter were also very nice. Tv in bedroom and living room. Full kitchen and washer/dryer. Keurig had pods and the table was set with large wine glasses. I spent most of my time on the back porch. It was well furnished and shaded.

Amazing hotel that feels like air bnb. We’ve stayed at Sole for 2 years now and it’s super convenient (close to the stores, restaurants and across the beach), clean and plain beautiful.

We love the property convenient to everything. However two things in bedrooms need a chest of drawers or something to place non hang-able clothes. And in bathrooms a shelf or two in each to place toiletries. There was only the sink and floor. Other than those we would recommend. It was nice and quiet location and close to everything that we wanted. Thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay! The property was clean and was an amazing location. We had some trouble getting the door open at times, even that night when we arrived. The owners were very responsive and helpful. In regard to the listing, I would have liked to see it more clear we were on the 2nd floor, as this was a problem for some of our group. Also, out of their control, the young people under us were loud and quite offensive in the language used loudly outside

1st. As you know the inconvenience did not occur from the lock itself, as this has officially been documented by our Locksmith. But it has been the result of the handle from miss use. Does the above statement mean we misuse the handle? There was no misuse of the handle during our two-day stay by us. 2nd. As soon as we were made aware of the problem we took action immediately and did everything possible to resolve the situation. This issue was not taken care of immediately because my wife and I were outside waiting for 6 hours watching a husband and wife team trying to unlock the door by combination and key for 3 hrs and then another 3 hrs for the locksmith to arrive and work to unlock the door. So, you can't say it was addressed immediately. 3rd. Unfortunately, these types of unforeseen situations pop up every now and then. As soon as we receive any type of distress from our customers we take care of it immediately, as we did with you. This type of issue should have a plan of action to ensure the customer is not distressed due to poor planning. You should have a locksmith on call just in case an issue like this occurs and not a husband and wife team that is not qualified as locksmiths. 4th, I feel we are due a partial refund for distress and not being able to use the property that we paid in full and were unable to use for 6 hrs of our stay.
