Villa Serenō | 2BR Luxe | Hammocks & Beach Bliss

We needed a month long stay before moving, and this apartment was perfect. The ability to walk to the beach every morning, the apartment was fully equipped with kitchen items, washer and dryer, very comfortable bedding etc. The only frustration was the check in process, it took a minute to get a hold of anyone to get the check in instructions for the time we requested, but once that was figured out it was a flawless stay. We will miss cocoa beach and this apartment !

Positive: Perfect location, 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. Apartment had everything we needed very comfortable with a large outside balcony. The small gym was an added bonus we used it most mornings. I would definitely recommend and rebook this place if im in the area. Negative: Nothing

Great house with an excellent location Positive: The house was conveniently located near the beach. The facilities were excellent, and the house was very cozy, comfortable, and spacious. Negative: I think the house could be better equipped with kitchen items. For example, there were only two mugs, even though there were three people in our group.

This was a great stay! The residence was clean and tidy! Our family enjoyed using the beach seat and umbrellas! We were well pleased with this stay!

Positive: My party and I arrived early and would normally have had to wait until 4pm to check in. I contacted the property manager and he was able to accommodate an early chexk-in quickly and was very helpful. The rental was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
