Really liked the accommodation and this area of Cocoa Beach Positive: It’s big, clean and comfortable. The location is in a very quiet area. Near Ron Jon and Key Lime shop. Owner very responsive Negative: A welcome pack with information on WiFi connectivity and local amenities would be useful. We arrived around 7.30 in evening and had no printed information. We had to go walking to find a restaurant for WiFi to contact the owner for WiFi code which then opened up for us more information. Also no coat hangers.

Positive: It’s a wonderful place and our family enjoyed the stay here. It’s clean, spacious, good natural lighting and well ventilated. A couple of minutes walk to the beach made it easy for us to go see the beautiful sunrise!!! It only takes 30 minutes drive to the Kennedy Space Center!!! A lot of options for restaurants, groceries and, activities for kids.

Very comfortable place to stay. Positive: First reaction walking in the door was "wow, we could live here". The unit was very well decorated, open and comfortable. It is very close to a nice beach park, plenty of food options close by, easy access. Had everything we needed for our stay. We frequent the area often, and we will book again. Negative: There wasn't anything to not like.
