Great house with an excellent location Positive: The house was conveniently located near the beach. The facilities were excellent, and the house was very cozy, comfortable, and spacious. Negative: I think the house could be better equipped with kitchen items. For example, there were only two mugs, even though there were three people in our group.

This was a great stay! The residence was clean and tidy! Our family enjoyed using the beach seat and umbrellas! We were well pleased with this stay!

Positive: My party and I arrived early and would normally have had to wait until 4pm to check in. I contacted the property manager and he was able to accommodate an early chexk-in quickly and was very helpful. The rental was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Really liked the accommodation and this area of Cocoa Beach Positive: It’s big, clean and comfortable. The location is in a very quiet area. Near Ron Jon and Key Lime shop. Owner very responsive Negative: A welcome pack with information on WiFi connectivity and local amenities would be useful. We arrived around 7.30 in evening and had no printed information. We had to go walking to find a restaurant for WiFi to contact the owner for WiFi code which then opened up for us more information. Also no coat hangers.

Positive: It’s a wonderful place and our family enjoyed the stay here. It’s clean, spacious, good natural lighting and well ventilated. A couple of minutes walk to the beach made it easy for us to go see the beautiful sunrise!!! It only takes 30 minutes drive to the Kennedy Space Center!!! A lot of options for restaurants, groceries and, activities for kids.
