Villa Fiorō |Bold Luxury 2BR |River & Coastal Vibe

We booked a last minute little summer trip to one of our favorite vacation areas in Cocoa beach for the 4th of July weekend. We have been coming to the area for over 20years and found this new little Villa. It was perfect for us, bunk beds for the kids, kitchen to make breakfast, ect. and not even a block to the beach. There is a little access area right down the street. Management was very responsive if we had an issue. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future!

Overall we had a pleasant stay 😊 Positive: This property is very nice and clean. The property provides access to beach gear and easy beach access is located directly across the road. The sleeping arrangements wear nice and comfortable. The water in the showers takes a little long to warm up but work perfectly afterwards. Negative: The only complaint I have about the property is I feel like the pictures were somewhat misleading. There is no access to the river behind the property and the fishing area/pier that was said to be public was taped off and dilapidated. Fishing is one of my husband’s main priorities while on any vacation so this was somewhat disappointing.

Everything was great—clean, spacious, quiet, and beautifully decorated. The place was very well-equipped and just perfect for what we were looking for as a couple. It's also just a 3-minute walk to the beach, which was a huge plus! If I had one suggestion, it would be to consider replacing the lamp in the main room with a ceiling fan, like the one in the living room—that would make it even more comfortable. Keep up the great work!

Great furnished condo across the street from Cocoa Beach access. The location is perfect for our tastes, being located about 5 miles outside all the hustle and bustle of ¨downtown" Cocoa Beach. Most days, it felt like we had the beach all to ourselves. The bungalow itself is furnished with everything you need: kitchen, washer-dryer, Keurig machine, blender, it has it all! We have returned a second time and hope to return again and again. Hosts are incredible and quick to answer all inquiries. We were lucky enough this trip to watch two rocket launches and witness a nest of baby turtles racing to the sea. We love it here!

We are Sole for life now!! Positive: People here at sole were above and beyond! We had and unexpected stay. Out car had broke down and we were stuck until the he dealership opened on the following Monday. They were very accommodating. I appreciate your kindness and efforts to helping out. It was a very last minute booking and you made it a seamless process! Thanks a million Negative: So clean!! And a bonus they had a washer and dryer! And the hammock was just the icing
